Hand-Cut-Coin---Gibraltar-1500.jpg

Welcome to Glori Bead

I am a local artist, calling Rochester, NY my home for more than 50 years.  I started my second career by establishing Glori Bead to “feed my beading habit.”  I take my inspiration from the beads themselves.  I love learning new jewelry-making techniques by taking classes from other professionals and experimenting (a lot!).  My first passion is making detailed and intricate beaded pieces; however, I keep my body of work interesting by using resin, liquid enamel, semi-precious stones, leather and metals.

In partnership with artist David Couts, I also offer a truly unique line of necklaces made from hand cut coins.  These coins are from the United States and many countries from around the globe.
